How to Use Chhatua
Chhatua Drink:
Dev Chana Chhatua mixed with cold water, add a pinch of salt, roasted cumin powder and lemon juice for a refreshing drink. It’s especially popular in summer for its cooling properties.
Chhatua Paratha:
Use Dev Chana Chhatua mixed with flour to make parathas. It can be added to whole wheat flour for an extra nutirtional boost.
Chhatua Laddoo:
