Ragi Malt:
How to Use Ragi
Dev Ragi powder mixed with water, boil it, and drink it as a healthy beverage.
Add milk, jaggery or spices for flavor.
Ragi Idli:
Dev Ragi Powder mixed with fermented idli batter (Rice and Urad Dal Batter)
Stream the batter in idli molds.
Baked Goods:
Use Dev Ragi Powder in place of regular flour to make healthy cookies, cakes, or muffins.
Ragi Dosa:
Prepare a batter by mixing Dev Ragi Powder, rice flour, curd and water. Let it ferment for a few hours.
Pour it on a hot tawa like regular dosa and cook both sides.
Storage Information:
Store the freshly made Ragi Powder in an airtight container in
a cool, dry place.
